1. Parking Fee and Compliance

1. All guests are required to pay the designated parking fee, and all payment transactions must be made only at the Tourism Management Office.
2. Any guest who refuses to pay the parking fee and still parks within or near the premises does so entirely at their own risk.
3. Unauthorized parking, refusal to pay the fee, or causing disturbance may result in the incident being reported to local authorities or police.

2. Booking and Reservation

All bookings must be made in advance through official booking channels. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been settled at the Tourism Management Office. Walk-ins are allowed only if slots are available.

3. Payment Policy

All payments—including entrance fees, parking fees, and other charges—must be paid directly at the Tourism Management Office. Payments are non-refundable unless management cancels due to weather or operational reasons. Rescheduling requests must be made 24–48 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability.

4. Arrival and Check-In

Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled visit. Late arrivals may shorten the visit time or result in forfeiture of the slot.

5. Safety and Conduct

Guests must follow all safety rules and staff instructions. Management may deny entry to intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe individuals. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

6. Personal Belongings

The management is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your belongings at all times.

7. Weather and Natural Conditions

Activities may be adjusted or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. If the management cancels for safety reasons, guests will be allowed to reschedule.

8. Environmental Protection

Strictly no littering, vandalism, or harm to plants, property, or wildlife. Violations may result in fines.

9. Liability Waiver

Guests enter and participate at their own risk. Management is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health concerns occurring during the visit.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying at the Tourism Management Office, and entering the premises, guests agree to all Terms and Conditions stated above.
